Terms of Use & License Agreement

1. What VibeFast Is

VibeFast is a digital software product that includes:

• A monorepo with Expo (iOS + Android), Next.js (web), and Convex backend setup
• Pre-built features (auth, payments, analytics, AI, notifications, etc.)
• Documentation, examples, and other related assets

You are buying a license to use these materials – not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

2. License Grant

When you purchase VibeFast, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to:

• Use the Product for your own projects and/or client projects
• Build and sell unlimited commercial products that use VibeFast
• Modify the source code for your own use

Unless otherwise stated on the pricing page, this license is per individual developer or per company (for your internal team), not for redistribution.

3. What You Can’t Do

1. Resell, redistribute, or sub-license VibeFast itself

   • You can’t sell or give away the starter kit as a template, boilerplate, or starter to others.
   • You can’t upload the full source to any public repo or file-sharing site.
2. Create a competing starter kit or boilerplate using VibeFast’s code or structure.
3. Claim VibeFast as your own open-source project or remove copyright notices to mislead others.
4. Use the Product in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive, including creating services that violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Accounts, Access & Updates

• You are responsible for keeping your download links, license keys, and account access secure.
• We may ship bug fixes, improvements, and new features from time to time. Eligible customers get access to these lifetime updates as long as we continue maintaining VibeFast.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Product in the future (for example, if dependencies change or platforms deprecate APIs).

5. Payments & Refunds

Because VibeFast is a digital product with full source code access, all sales are final. No refunds are offered once access is granted, except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise on the checkout page.

If you experience issues, we’ll do our best to help via documentation, updates, or support, but this does not create any obligation to refund.

6. Your Responsibility for What You Build

You are fully responsible for:

• The apps, websites, or services you build using VibeFast
• How you process end-user data in your own products
• Complying with laws, store policies, and third-party terms (for example Apple, Google, Convex, RevenueCat, analytics tools, or AI APIs)

VibeFast is a starting point, not a complete compliance solution. You should implement your own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy for your end-users.

7. Intellectual Property

VibeFast, including its code, design, documentation, branding, and related content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Product that are not expressly granted.
• Using VibeFast does not give you any ownership in our trademarks or brand.

You own the intellectual property in the unique features, content, and branding you add to your own products built with VibeFast.

8. Term & Termination

These Terms and your license to use VibeFast begin when you purchase the Product and continue indefinitely, unless:

• You breach these Terms (for example, by reselling or redistributing the starter), or
• We mutually agree in writing to terminate.

If we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms (especially around piracy or reselling), we may disable your access to future updates and community channels or revoke your license to use future versions of the Product.

This does not undo the projects you shipped in good faith before the breach, but we may require you to stop using updated versions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

VibeFast is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that VibeFast will be error-free, bug-free, or compatible with every setup.
• We do not guarantee that you will make money, get approved by app stores, or achieve any particular business result by using VibeFast.
• You use the Product at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of VibeFast.
• Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for your VibeFast license.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where reasonable, notify customers (for example via email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Product after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes, where permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pakistan, unless applicable law gives you a right to use another forum.
